Juteopolis Exhibition project with Year 2 Interior Environmental Design, DJCAD, Oct 2009. Working with IED lecturer Carol Aitken, I was invited to work with students on this 5 week project in collaboration with Brian Kelly Education Officer at Verdant Works and Dundee Heritage Trust. The project asked students to develop concepts for a contemporary reinterpration of the jute industry to be located in Centre Sapce, DCA. A catalayst for this was the collaborative floor sculpture Juteopolis. I initiated this on behalf of the Society of Scottish Artists to mark the joint SSA Annual Exhibition and DJCAD Degree Show at the Vision Building 2009.  The student exhibhition project was featured in the SSA 2010 catalogue as part of its educational workshops
